Lite-On is now available through Taylor.

Lite-On manufactures a complete line of discrete semiconductors including; TRIAC / SCR / SIDAC, TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSOR (TVS), ZENER DIODE, SCHOTTKY RECTIFIERS, SUPERFAST & ULTRA FAST RECOVERY RECTIFIERS, BRIDGE RECTIFIERS, FAST RECOVERY RECTIFIERS, STANDARD RECOVERY RECTIFIERS and SWITCHING DIODE.
